Depends on the omegaverse author it's not standardized in manga and manhwa. Sometimes female alphas can get pregnant and impregnate, sometimes it's one or the other but generally I think it's safe to assume can impregnate but can't be impregnated. Up to what the author wants same with Male omegas and getting women pregnant.
Betas are generally normies not alpha not omega so not super horny just think of Betas as regular human people without the dynamics. So generally apply real life logic to betas sometimes authors will allow them to smell scents and pheromones but that's rare. Betas are regular men can only impregnate and women can only get pregnant.

For sure!! The likelihood of each pairing getting pregnant is also very dependent on the author. Some authors make it so any omega is very fertile, and others separate by sex so males have a harder time getting pregnant, etc etc.
Again that will depend on the author. Unfortunately/fortunately we don't get to see alpha female in BL frequently. It's rather rare. I only saw them in minor role and only two instances where I actually saw them doing Intercourse. First, in "Love is fantasy" where alpha female was androgynous.
