I read this a year ago and it's probably buried in my 500+ read here on mangago but too tired to scavenge there. It's Shounen Ai about two high schoolers where the blonde seme has no experience in dating or whatsoever (same goes with the uke) and the seme is so popular and has an overprotective big brother, his big brother told the seme that he should only be doing lewd stuff until he is 18. Seme and uke got to know each other by kissing out of curiosity since both were curious about dating. Uke was really shy too with black hair and his first impression of the uke was being slightly jealous of the seme since he looked like the type of person who gets all the girls or something. They slowly got to know each other and they're blushing profusely most of the time.
