usually its left to right, but some of them are right to left... it can be confusing in the begining but after a while you will adapt. also for webtoon its the same expect that it goes from top to bottom
japanese mangas are RIGHT TO LEFT
korean manhwas are LEFT TO RIGHT
i'm not sure about chinese manhuas.

oh and, its mostly top right, then top left, then bottom right and finally bottom left
read right to left. i’ll be confusing because sometimes you also have to read right, down, then left. just use common sense w the dialogue and it’ll start to make sense and ur brain will automatically start knowing what to do. manga is so good, hope u figure it out !!! yippee
