It’s not really spoilers but I’m a bit confused how he knew that she “moved up the storyline” so I think that the ml could also be trapped in the game?
omg yes i thought about it but it didn't make sense to me because if he is and he knew about the game he would've helped her speed up the first chapter process since he will be out of it UNLESS he didn't have his memories like her at the beginning of the story but got it later on .. i'm just creating theories so lets wait and see (=・ω・=)
i thought the reason why he knew that she “moved up the storyline” was because of his past recurring dreams about future disasters.
that's also another reason why he's interested in her in the first place, because he noticed that she's the centre of all the changes of what was supposed to happen in his dreams.
ps. it has been noted once he dreams of a future disaster, it can't be changed, which is why he's interested in what her identity is and how she's making all these changes which was even impossible for him ^^
