Well I 100% support Minato and think he deserves better. Sure Minato isn't perfect and has his problems, but the person who brings trouble to their relationship right now is Shizuma.
Because he cares more about his boss, than about his boyfriend and in the end he makes it look as if it's normal to eat sweets etc. with his boss, making Minato wait for no good reason, while letting Minato think he's at fault being insecure and jealous.
Seriously, I'm not a jealous person, but if my boyfriend says he's late because of work, but in fact he was late because he ate sweets with his boss and even went shopping, it's time for a fight

Plus even if they solve things now, I bet Shizuma will find out that Onodera is a man, but keeps it from Minato, Minato will find out later asking Shizuma if he knew and why he didn't tell him.
