The medical return one kinda irks me. I feel bad for the genius doctor. Like if MC hadn't returned to the past and changed his life using the knowledge he had acquired in his past life, he won't be where he was. I forgot the name of the genius doctor, but he deserves some redemption.
Anybody has recommendation like this?
Like no romance and just purely medical adventure.
