Did we read the same story? Pretty sure that the story will end with Lily being the sex slave of Rose forever. There is nothing to indicate otherwise. Why would you think different?
Anna's role is obviously the savior who gonna save the protagonist from an evil manipulative antagonist. Rose is clearly the antagonist, there's no way she gonna end up with the innocent protagonist. (Unless if she has a character development and change to the better, which I doubt so).
It's just the beginning, Anna will be more assertive for sure working hard on saving Lily, and lily will wake up from being a dumb bitch and see how evil Rose is and accept to be saved by Anna. This's the only ending I'm seeing here.
I would normally agree. But first the author wrote on twitter that the story will be short. And as you might have noticed the story has been super rushed. Also, so far the plot is pretty much identical to typical ntr hentai. I've read stories like this before. And considering how little development the characters have seen I think we are seeing the end soon. Lily is pretty much lost to lust, and normally in ntr hentai stories now comes the scene where she gets to option to return to her love, but rejects her love for the seducer/rapist/manipulator.

But this author is so popular and they had a popular work before. She knows that everyone hates Rose but sympathizes with Anna, the end game pairing will probably be based on the healthy option the majority of readers see. It's still a love triangle too, the author can follow the love triangles typical formula where the protagonist always ends up with the angelic character.
But I really wouldn't mind it if the author will end it with Lily and Rose, I would like to see something different in love triangles.
