Welp, I'm kinda late, but if you still keep up with the anime and want to know where to pick up from in the manga, episode 12 starts with chapter 30.

..... Hamayu is still present when Wakamiya shows up at the Cherry Blossom Palace, whereas in the anime she's long gone before he comes to pick a wife.
So maybe it would be better to read the whole thing from the beginning. But if you just simply wanna know what happens next, like I did, reading from ch. 30 would be fine I think. Personally, I'll prolly be reading it all + the other manga series as well, just to see what the anime changed and how it brought it all together.
Thank you @Kuto. But when I tried read the chapter 27-30, it's kinda a mess. The art style is super different too lol. You're right right with it's different from the anime. I think I will wait the anime til complete first.
