Basically the author plays it in a way that the bottom forgets ALL the fucking abuse and rape and makes the worst one of the three dudes(the person the bottom liked originally) the endgame! Mf said let's just end this with the bottom getting amnesia and give a last second character development to the psycho who started all of it. In the end it all went back to the beginning. It's not a happy ending because WE the readers know what the top did and he still get to end up with the bottom. Indeed, death is really a greater option for the bottom at this point...
