what’s the ending? i wanna know if i should pick it up again

the ending is theyre looking for a vampire hunting the town people, although issac is with ms giselle the whole time she kills him. but its some sort of time skip and issac is hiding in the bushes and giselle has kids. its quite random considering this happened literally in the middle of them finding the hunter, and ms giselle literally just learning to shoot not too long ago.
