Some bot tried to upload shitty google trad chapter. Placeholders make them unable to do that.

There are bots that automatically upload chapters released on other platforms regardless of quality. Placeholders prevent those bots from uploading low quality versions from other platforms so scan teams have time to produce more quality translations.
