That's just one of them, absolutely hate the degradation of the ukes drawn by that mangaka. You can see their first story where the bottom actually looks like a man then when you get to love is an illusion all the bottoms are drawn like women
This sidestory reminds me that people write full length stories with the premise of a selfish annoying crybaby immature mother that keeps the existence of a child away from the father because they have no respect for them or their child. Truly annoying, I am so glad this is only a side short.
