Honestly I feel like the author lost focus on the supposing plot of the story due to focusing too much on the romance, and got dragged out, realizing she needs to give mc a somewhat development near the end yet still heavily focused on the romance. I already had a feeling suho was gonna be the endgame but in my opinion she didn't need to make seojun and jugyeong date [maybe just a sideline support, still liking her] cause it made people fall out of love with mc×suho, when it was such a serious relationship. Not only that suho's ghosting reason sucks ass in the eyes of the reader since jeogyung was hurt in the process, basically abandoned, and never really got talked about as much as it should. Like his sis could've said something, since she knew mc's existence but no, they focused on the love triangle and made suho became "the guy she told you not to worry about" especially when seojun and mc are already dating yet he still get WAY TOO close with her, mc didn't help cause she was also thirsting over him [like i get it but dont forget ur bf]. The whole "true beauty" title had no point being there cause it was never focus on until the ending, and when it WAS focus on it was just her being insecure, hiding behind the makeup, basically lying to who she was dating, there were never the "I'm pretty with or without it" confident in her, cliche as it may sound, but at least it was a reassuring that she can learn to love herself and the make up she use is just something she loves to do not what she use to hide, plus the bullying trauma could've been dealt with, without her running away cause she have a lot of friends aware of how she looks especially suho that always compliments her barefaced every chance he gets, her leaving him made me thinks she never trust his words, like girl that's ur man and yet u can't trust his word bc his pretty is just a facepalm to the face Sigghhhh i have more to say but this is getting too long
