The dude from the past plays around with Jihan. He fucks him and pretends to be in a relationship but he was dating girls on the side. When Jihan finds out and confronts him the son of a bitch actually pushes him to the ground and tell him sth along the line how stupid he was for ever thinking they were in love. I also saw some scenes of Jin-young's mom threatening Jihan to stay away from his son. I don't know if the dude from past is any of the semes (I doubt), I think it's just that author wants to show how Jihan is hung up on the past go for dudes who look like the trashy ex
