I didn't read much yet but if I'm not wrong it's called Regression not reincarnation

Regression is when you go back in time and reincarnation is when you are reborn into a different body in the future. So reincarnation is the correct term here

Oh then Ig I really was wrong XD but I believe reincarnation doesn't fit either since she swapped body and didn't really get reborn... There was another name but I can't remember
