I honestly was not expecting to be so invested in this story at the beginning. I've seen many other stories with the same premise but I think that this one is at the top because:
1- no annoying system dictating what the MC needs to do. While I love reincarnation and transmigration tropes, I never get fully immersed in stories where a system guides the MC. It feels too supernatural/futuristic and I always hated the "mecha" genre and this feels like an extension of that.
2- the projects that MC is involved in could be real life dramas and so, his career doesn't feel like "he gets a do over and then everything magically solves itself".
3- he worked hard in his previous life so when he got another chance, it's no wonder he did well. It's always off-putting when an untalented lazy guy gets another chance and becomes a genius overnight.
4- he is a good character. He isn't overly arrogant. He is likeable and hardworking. He never loses sight of what's important to him: his mom first and then his career and his love of acting.
5- it's not a face slapping-focused story. It's a story about his own growth and there is no real antagonist. There are not so great characters but no comically evil people.
That's it. It feels like I'm doing a sales pitch here lol hey author, where's my commission? Pay up!
