Because she's 5 , she should understand that her dad is hurt but having her come all the way to him just to ask the illness may seem weird ig ?
Ignoring the fact she's transmigrated, a child that is not allowed to see go to their dad's room and be with him for a reason is probably gonna ask why. Also this is the historical time era I'm not gonna be surprised if some victorian 5y/o kid knows the word illness lolol
As someone who's mom died of cancer my eye twitched when the doctor asked why she wanted to know what her own dad's illness is like whyyy is that such a odd question hm? Kinda odd :/
