basically... (spoilers below)
the emperor will call for leo while she's separated from pelio (it was part of leo's plan). when talking to the emperor, leo would pretend to have a tantrum because its supposed to be her bedtime. and then, she "unconsciously" uses her fangs lololol all the nobles including the emperor dropped on their knees due to the fangs and pelio came back and acted like he's tryna calm down leo
