I don't understand why Sakura needed to apologize to Mizuki for distancing himself from Sakura to protect himself. There is nothing wrong with prioritizing yourself sometimes. Mizuki's sudden realization of feelings for Sakura also seemed pretty forced. It's like they had to end up with each other, so the author suddenly made Mizuki fall in love with Sakura without any proper build up towards it.
People are defending Mizuki by saying how he was starving and he only ever had semen his whole life, but you have to remember how he LIED to his BF that he was at the end of his rope. He could have at least talked to his BF that he was starving and needed to eat. Instead of communicating with his boyfriend, he decided to go out and suck another dude's dick in SECRET.
