If reaper scans dropped it, probably since the haitus took too long and they no longer can work on it since they picked up another project in the mean time. The raws stopped at season 1 with no new updates because of the artist probably. And if it comes back reaper may pick it up later if they have free hands they probably will pick it up and digit over ot like they always do
