I assume she was thinking its like when kids say they want to marry their parents but it feels weird bc in webtoons the adoptive siblings can and do fall in love. It was odd of her to plant that idea in his head. I hope he grows up to realize they're siblings and doesnt become 2nd ML

I don't think falling in love with an adopted sibling is weird. Especially when you're wel aware that they are adopted. It might also have been normal back then to adopt other children for certain reasons and allow them to marry into the family later
True but falling on love with someone you were raised to see as a sibling is seen as taboo nowadays, depending on where you live. Maybe fine for that time period but still weird nonetheless
I mean I guess this is just a matter of taste. I personally find it gross when the FL and ML are adopted siblings that spend their childhood together and are explicitly raised as siblings bc honestly the only thing that makes incest weird to most people is that they are socialized to see it that way.
