Jesus christ, I felt like I lost some brain cells reading this. Mc is just a victim in all this who didn't have confidence in himself. I hate how everything seems to conveniently go into place and make everything seem "alright," like there's no sustenance to any of what they do. Where's the emotional and mental damage?
