Shounen Ai focus are more romance centered than sexual. R-15 are due to the series publisher. The series should originally have smut scenes but they take it out and lower the rating for more audiences. I've seen this mostly from Manta.

What's the difference between R15 and shounen ai? R19 is smut I know this. Uncensored is smut but more. But I can't understand what is R15?
