I get what you're saying but i feel like they hate Jahan cause he doesn't necessarily add anything. I feel like the sexual relationship between him and Hawon is unnecessary to the story, and that they also might hate him for turning away Jahan's mother and ripping up her note. Regardless of his feelings towards her because of her abandoning Hawon, he still had no right to do that. I think the hate is really cause he comes across as this needy, crybaby.
Jehan is the only normal person who actually cares about Hawon, he’s happy and relaxed when he’s only around Jehan. Their sexual relationship is weird, but at least it’s consent where kwon taeha is threatening hawon to have sex with him.
