For the factions, there are those who fear Raoul and his power given the disaster that happened in the recent chapter and now worship him as a God. The other faction involves the King who might still be alive and believe in the Royal faction.
As the new characters wizards: another crazy group siding with the Royals. Sadly one of them only lasted a chapter .
