it's not that the plot is slow. the manga just takes so long to update that it just feels like a long time
To be fair, Yaribu was always more like a crazy sexual slice of life comedy more than and actual plot driven story.
There is interesting things here and there sometimes but right now is the Festival arc.
Am I the only one who forgets basically the entire story/plot each time a chapter is uploaded!? lol. There's STILL no relationship between the two mains!? My lord
