So it's how a man has a flashback (he first mentioned that the rain reminded him of someone). The someone was a kind guy the man met in the past after he bumped into a woman and "damaged" her expensive bag. She demands for 1000000 yen for repair. The kind guy either took him home or gave him a change of clothes or something, then gave his number and asked to him call if anything happened. Later the man consults his cousin about the repair fee, and the evil cousin agrees one condition: if the man agrees to be his. The man then calls the kind guy for help, he comes around with his car, and they agree to spend the kind guy's break of one week as lovers in return for the 1000000 yen repair fee he agreed to pay. (The kind guy also mentioned how he can't leave him alone or something)
