I am confused with the genres someone tell me what is this

actually... if you ever buy manga from magazines, it's not as simple as shounen ai (BL) or shoujo ai (GL). there are a lot of BL manga published on shoujo and josei category, since it was the market target (shoujo= young girls, josei=older women)
the same as heteromance manga, not every single one are shoujo/josei, some of them were categorized seinen and shounen.

maybe the person doing the tags in this page meant the same.
