Anyways, I get how the story goes, Ichika loves her sis, Karen *vomits* lol, and that's why ig she's still observing as to why and how could her sis claim her identity.
Even I would do the same, being careful on the new environment as it's a different world. But it's just wrong for the sis to do that -n-)
I'm guessing she still cares for her sis, like if she reveals the truth hastily then something bad could happen to that Karen.
