The premise is that the villainess shares a body with a girl who isekai-ed into her world. The girl played/read the series the villainess is from and loved the villainess's character. When the girl isekais into the world she does not know the villainess is still in her body watching her every move. The girl does her best to ensure that the villainess does not meet the same unfair fate she watched by being kind and noble, but is nevertheless faced with betrayal and unfairness. The miscarriage of justice causes the girl to succumb to sadness and retreat within herself, causing the villainess to front in their body once more.
