Me too kinda I wish there was a manhwa/manga/manhua where the terminally ill girl actually passes and everybody just mourns and regrets everything of course that they also get hit with karma like going bankrupt because she was the one bringing money/work and other stuff too

Yah, but if she dies there is no more story. Plus it’s the overcoming of the ordeal that makes it a real story. Not to mention the faces of the people who wronged her in the past when they see her in a stronger place. She can’t get revenge if she dies
'The Time of the Terminally Ill Extra' & 'If you wish for my despair'. Both FLs die of illness
