that's a different manga! in that one, the yakuza guy was actually stabbed(?)/shot(?) in the stomach and thought a woman saved him in the alley. After recovering, he had his subordinate fake an illness and get confined in the hospital so he could look for the woman, all not knowing that the doctor attending to his subordinate was the one who Actually helped him lol. i just forgot the title! i think i can look for it in my archives.
