I usually make an easy enough decision that shows instant results and can be done in less than a day
That's a good push
Like cutting and/or colouring your hair
Baking a pastry
Changing your room
Buying stuff
Going to a new café
Doesn't need to be anything big
You just need to make a decision and make it happen asap

Do something that you usually never do (?)
1. Work out
2. Find new hobby (idk what your current hobbies but try something different)
3. Shopping spree (doesn't need to be expensive)
4. Go visit orphanage or volunteer to help less fortunate (help you to appreciate life)
5. Eat something delicious
6. Change your appearance, like hairstyles, nail, clothing etc (but according to your preference so you can comfortable)
7. Just let the time flow lazily. Sometimes do nothing is also good. Maybe you can review decisions in your life and plan something ahead
8. You don't need to do or achieve anything grand. Appreciate whatever you have in life. Being grateful.
