Fr. Dude was a batshit crazy killer who does whatever he wants; the mc is KINDA, an exception to it. So, I don’t know why people think he would turn into a perfect green flag-consent-asking guy in the side stories.

Exactly! Ceasar is a mafia Lord! All he knows is to kill or be killed. He was ripped away from his mother at a young age and was abused daily. In his mind, what he did or does to Lee Won to stop him from leaving him isn’t wrong, because his concept of right or wrong, good and evil, is completely warped due to his growing environment and ruthless father. The dude has a chip in him to track his heartbeat to make sure he’s not killed.
You guys...expecting it not to happen in the first place is nearly out of the question if you've read what kind of person the ML is in the main story...
