Maybe he need to use wax to keep them down. Some people have stubborn hairs that won't stay flat. Just a maybe

I just have a silly question... How is it possible that his hair is "down" when he's in "prince mode" and "up" when he's "normal"?! Does he use wax at home? Like tons of wax to make it look like that!! (⊙…⊙ )
