it wasn't petty just look at how he acts, his reasoning was valid
it is. "my boyfriend is overprotective as i am, if im pregnant he's gonna be more overprotective. let's NOT tell him I'm pregnant, which will cause more problems than if i did" what sense does that make.
I mean I agree it's stupid and most likely to cause a misunderstanding, but I'm just saying I can see why he wouldn't tell him
"hmm yes it makes way more sense to not tell my boyfriend that im pregnant with his child because of petty reasons. that totally won't cause misunderstandings"
