Rape doesn't always mean forced. Rape happens when one party either does not give consent, or is in a state where they cannot give proper consent, like being blackout drunk. Alcohol is known as the most popular Rape drug for a reason.

He basically got raped and still kept the baby and he also stopped studying just for the baby which is so sweet of him considering he literally got manipulated. He is now loving those babies and the guy i guess, got too attached.
