I watched The Pianist as well and it was marvelous. Great acting and beautiful story line and characters. Lucky for you, i also read a manga similar to The Pianist so i hope this is it:

Has anyone here watch The Pianist? Its about a pianist who got stuck in the world war and was held captive by the nazis. There is this one scene towards the end where a nazi saw him cold and hungry while playing a piano and the nazi give him some food and his coat...but then the army of the opposite which supposed to save the pianist saw him and began shooting at him because of the coat he's wearing. Ok... So i think i once read a blmanga similar to the plot of the movie and was hoping to read it again..anyone has any idea?
