I’m not the best person to listen to because I’m still working on my relationship with food. If you ever find yourself stress eating I feel like there is always point were kind of tired of eating and try to be mindful. Find other ways to cope with stress that are healthy and work for you. If ever feel stress if you can try to talk yourself out of eating. Be kind to yourself! I wish you the best and hope you can heal. Hope this helps some!
