calling out a weird ass trope in a fictional story has nothing to do with solving world issues lol. besides, you can do both. not everything has to be a trope that’s romanticized e.g. incest, pedophilia, rape, sexual assault etc. fiction or not, it weird to create for the sake of enjoyment
this is one of the reasons why yaoi fans need to touch some grass. it seems that incest, pedophilia, rape, sa, grooming, etc.. are being romanticize and normalize. smh.
