The alpha and omega are actually more innocent than the beta lmao. Beta is currently going off the rails. The beta has insane trust issues, violent tendencies whenever he’s angry and he would not be good for the alpha co-worker at all. The alpha coworker would probably suffer a ton if he was in a relationship with him. The alpha coworker is too good for the beta. The beta is currently shoving his dick down the throat of some random dude he’s finding useful at the moment.
Yeah I didn’t expect that. Honestly yeah beta guy has issues, but he seemed to have went through sth in the past. I think he may be able to change in the future. Silver haired alpha and Omega aren’t innocent at all, they have their own massive issues, and silver haired alpha seems to be a lot more messed up than the beta. Earlier it was implied that he did sth to the beta, so idk.
Looking at all the previous translated chapters and raws, so far in my opinion the silver haired alpha is not at all more messed up. He may have been a playboy in the past but he was always the one trying his best to change and accommodate to the beta. It’s the beta who gained extreme trust issues and started manipulate and use ppl to prove a point. And it’s also a huge red flag that every time the beta gets angry he resorts to being physically violent with his partner. It’s saying a lot when the silver alpha never laid a hand on him and just let the beta keep beating him. Yknow it’s serious when the bruises are so big. Regardless of whether the beta was hurt by the silver alpha due to his gender (the beta’s main source of trauma goes towards not believing alphas and omega’s can stay away from each other), it was never justified what the beta did.
If you believe that rape is something to be called out as well, you should also realize that what the beta did to both the silver alpha and omega was a form of manipulation and SA (non-consensual). He kept manipulating events and forced the omega to shove his pheromones on the silver alpha to just prove a point. When the alpha successfully got away, it only ANGERED the beta more and made him want to take worse measures. Then when the silver alpha was in his most vulnerable rut state, the beta threw an omega in heat at him, to prove his point yet again. Neither the alpha or omega were clear minded (heats/ruts are like being drugged), and didn’t want it. That was especially clear when the silver alpha and omega talked after the event and just were spiteful towards each other. So far in the raws, the silver haired alpha didn’t do anything to beta but try to talk to him. Also the omega is another victim in this seeing as all the things he did was PLANNED by the omega. The beta took advantage of the omega’s feelings and used him to do what he wanted.

In the raws, the beta has not changed and has only continued to get worse. The things he did are not redeemable in my eyes and he’s just like any other toxic Seme from stories. Having some hurt trauma from the past doesn’t justify the harm he caused others. The Korean readers have also confirmed this as well as the story is deteriorating and called out the author. Another commentator said this may be why the author started a new wholesome project instead.

Anyways to get a better picture of it: say the roles are reversed. Imagine the MC/bottom being a playboy but changing to be with the ML. The top/seme has extreme trust issues towards him due to his past and tries to put the MC under tests which he manipulated. Trying to force another alpha on the mc. Then throwing an alpha in rut at the mc while they were in heat. Also hitting the mc every time he gets angry. It doesn’t sound great, does it? The ML’s trauma/trust issues doesn’t justify all the things he did.
I think maybe you’re trying to sympathize too much either because the beta is the mc or he’s the bottom in the relationship. You most likely wouldn’t accept such treatment from a top/seme
Oh you seem to remember a lot, do you happen to recollect what happened between them when they were younger and how beta lost sight in one eye? I vaguely recollect that sth happened between them then. Overall I see your point, but I still think everybody shares the blame to some extent. Alpha knows he can’t really live without omegas, but chooses to stay with beta who obviously can’t satisfy him (he also accepts beta's toxic behavior), omega knowingly got into that situation because he wanted to steal beta from the alpha, beta has grievances from the past with the alpha which he can’t forget, he gets jealous, to some extent he is obsessed with the alpha, but also wants to get back at him and make him suffer. What beta feels towards alpha is mostly hate. Overall yeah, beta is the most messed up, but to me he’s also the most interesting and likeable. I know he’s literally a villain.
I’m gonna be honest and say I don’t remember any thing being answered so far in the story about the past. Last I checked they STILL have not progressed the story or filled in any gaps. There’s no flashbacks other than the ones that were previously translated. It’s just more of the mc making more problems or them talking about what everyone already knows. It’s at chapter 90, still NO development with the brown haired alpha coworker, and I’m not even kidding- he’s still just a coworker that the mc occasionally speaks to every 20 chapters and nothing more. MC and silver hair seem to be separated now but MC is still on his dark-side path crap. Seemingly the new dude he’s getting a bj from is also someone he assaulted as well??

I agree. The Beta is massive red flag. He's obsessive about the silver-haired Alpha yet resent him at the time. He knows the Alpha loves him but he can't believe him to stay loyal with him.

The glasses Alpha is the Beta's superior whom secretly falls in love with the Beta. The Beta notices that and I think in his fit, the Beta beat him up in front of many colleagues.
Now the Beta wants to return to his former department so he seduces the poor dude. I suspects that the Beta want to prove that even he's beta he can still make alphas (and even omegas) fall at his feet.
The silver-haired Alpha is also at fault in creating the current Beta. Aside from their past, the silver-haired Alpha paraded his one-night-stands in front of the Beta, even brought them their shared house, while releasing his possessive pheromone all over the Beta, scaring all the alphas and omegas might be interested in the Beta. The Beta can't move on for almost 10 years, due to that and his own stubborn.
Honestly so far so good, looks like author may finally start the romance between beta and the cute brown haired alpha coworker. I hope they’ll end up together. Alpha and omega can go die somewhere for all I care.
