She did fell, but rather than dying she went back to the original (who was in their house)

I believe she fell, got ran over, and felt all of the damage. But she didn't die, just disappeared. So when she got summoned again, she just came back with the memories of the event and the pain that happened with it, just no damage
What happened???? I'm so confused. So she did get pushed but she wasn't really there? Or did she switch personality before she got pushed???
