been here for a while too but i just read anything that has a nice cover although i do get like 20 updates i only end up reading 1-2 of them since many stories are only interesting first read and not worth going back to lol
I'm usually on mrm, but I got tired of their lack of means to categorise things you've read, want to read or are currently reading. As well as tags or lists.
What I like about mrm is that there's no rating, so I can read my trash in peace without feeling like I'm reading trash. I like garbage, but if I see a low rating here then in the back of my mind it's like "nobody else is enjoying this garbage, you should hate it too" but I don't wanna be like that. I just wanna read toxic stuff and mind my own business sometimes
Most of the time I also do that but sometimes there’s a hidden gem under 9.0 . The rating might not be accurate sometimes it really depends on how many people actually rate it and a bunch of time full color with decent art manhwa tend to get higher rating even if the story is pretty mid while people may go a little harsher with manga (b&w) but this is just my observation .
Oh could you send some of those here? I’d like to see if I overlooked any good manga. I think the older ones have harsher ratings
I like this one a lot, it’s an omegaverse with a very realistic take. Including a very sensitive stuff (SA) so, people may not like it as much but it was rated 9.0 at some point not sure if you’re gonna like it though https://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/shounen_no_kyoukai/. as someone who’s been here since 2020 and has read thousands of works, i now only read manga/hwas that is rated 9,2 or more, because it feels like such a waste of time when i read something thats just.. not breathtakingly amazing and just mid.. yknow.. anyone the same? T^^^T
