Are you talking about zhenya [codename Anastasia] and Caesar [Roses and champagne] if so.... The ''greener" flag from the 2 is Caesar cause He care and actually like Lee won , while zhenya only like Kwon taejoo's body ....
i haven't read the novel for both but so far caesar seems lesser of a black flag than zhenya. zhenya would kill taekjoo for sure but caesar would at least spare lee won. not that almost killing him and r*ping him when injured to the brink of death can be excused. need code name anastasia to progress more to come to a conclusion though.
