That's the only thing he could do and not raise heesu's hopes up plus he's not horrible he just has boundaries
did you even read the story? one of the major plot points was literally how heesu was unhealthy attached to chanyoung. i promise you dating girls and not being able to hang out w/ your friend all the time is not making them feel isolated.
