I'll just keep updated via the comments. Unless it looks like he's not going to end up with the brother, I am not reading this. The mother is also so toxic. You think she'd realize that there's something wrong with her son. The older brother is basically dead inside, and her son's suddenly super happy, and when she finds out she immediately blames Haruki. Like wtf lady. You're son's scum. Accept it.
i see some chinese raws, i hope the series is not ended... it can't end like that. but don't mothers usually know their children well. You see, I met quite number of sick people - cuz fff my life-. and their parents always knew, just learned to accept it if can't change it (their mother usually worse or just passive)
the only thing i can hope for this manga is, the lil bro ending up at a mental hospital, the senpai regret for 10 years for his observation skills of a 10 year old and some magical prince on white horse to get this guy out of this madness.
