To be honest, he wasn’t super red flag, I’d probably call him a yellow flag due to the massive lack of communication that caused MC grief, but that’s about it. I consider the first part about pushing MC away after kissing him a wrongdoing for sure, but the point is that MC and ML’s actions were both controlled by their complicated feelings about their sexuality.

I liked it I don't understand the hate in it .. like yea there is drama but the chapters are short enough where everything gets explained. The misunderstandings make sense there both young and had there own justifications on why they did what they did AND big fat juicy plus that the seme is a green flag!
