and it is annoying
It's common everywhere but the West, lol...
But in East Asia (esp Japan), marriage is often tied to work promotions and opportunities; but more importantly declining birth rate.
I don't understand this forced matchmaking culture...I mean mind your own business, people ..I'll ask you if I need to be set up but until you should respect the privacy..I've seen this in so many stories and it really annoys me
