Osiris manipulated Seth to take advantage of him, Seth couldnt fight back because he had his sons life to consider. He took away Seths ability to reproduce and premeditated the rape etc because he wanted to control Seth.
Seth tried to rape Horus and had the tables turned on him - both of them were being manipulated by the goddess of chaos. Horus didn't orchastrate the event and has no intentions of forcing Seth against his will.
I understand the outcome (Seth being a rape victim) was the same and Osiris and Horus both apparently love Seth but one of them is trying to help Seth and the other is basically trying to ruin him to 'own' him.
