Girl or Boy the manga takes you on a full on emotion ride. Of course the bad points would be it involves with a murderer but the good points are it really takes you off your feet and gets interesting each chapter, you'll get it if you read it. I really recommend you to read it !!
It's a psychological yaoi but emphasis should be put on the psychological and thriller aspects not the yaoi. The first few chapters are very graphic and if you can't handle those you'll know it's not for you. I like it because it makes you question what the characters are feeling and what they'll do next. It is not a cute manga and certainly not for the faint of heart.
If you like messed up stories, then you can read it. It is a story about a psychopath and his stalker (〜￣△￣)〜
If you don't, then better stay away from it
